I have been here twice and I will definitely go back here again and again and again! The sea food is soooooo good at a reasonable price. The octopus dish is a must-try. I have had the best sangria here so far. The ambience is really nice, I had a great view of the sea and the beach. Service is friendly and helpful. They were neither "pushy" as those in the downtown area nor disappointed when I did not order too much food.

Great Find! If you are looking for a local seafood place with good food this is the place. You enter via a small market store front and go up stairs which opens to a beautiful view over looking the water. The food is amazing.

Open windows, cool breeze and a mostly cloudy day makes for a great trip to Mar-Bella Fish Market and Oyster Bar. We came Cancun to scuba dive as a family and we found this authentic Cancun cuisine a few miles outside the Hotel Zone. The Catch of the Day was Sea Bass grilled on one side and chicherone on the other. Exquisite! Marlin, shrimp and a rice mixed with the fruits of the sea made this meal one of the best I’ve had here in Cancun including five star restaurants. The service was phenomenal. They saw to our every need. They made sure we had everything thing we could possibly need with this fresh food extravaganza. If you find you self in Cancun. Treat your self to the real deal. Unassuming restaurant; mind-blowing edible delights. Note: Apple Maps was about a 1/4 of a mile south of the restaurant. If you use Apple Maps drive north past the Ferry to Isla Mujer and you’ll see an unassuming grocery store. Valet park, walk through the small grocery store, ascend the spiral stairs and boom! Your food adventure awaits your taste buds. You will be delighted. If not; your buds are not of this world. Enjoy!

I would consider this a "hidden gem". It's so unsuspecting with no signage and you walk through a mini super to get to the restaurant upstairs. Nothing overly fancy, just the way we like it. The crab claws were our FAVORITE, but we also enjoyed the mixed ceviche, oysters, and grilled octopus. The house sauce is excellent as well! The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We will absolutely come back and will recommend it to others!

Enter the market and go to the stairs near the back. Located right on the sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views. Huge lobster and meaty oysters.

Great restaurant with great food. Service lacked a little. Maybe understaffed. They let you eat and enjoy though next to the beautiful ocean. We tried fish and mixed seafood ceviche and it was great. The octopus Marbella style is a can't miss.

Insanely delicious and fresh seafood prepared any way you like. This has topped everything else we ate in the area and we kept coming back. Definitely don’t miss if you like seafood and want to be blown away.
